What is the difference from a successful moneymaking Web site and one that is dead on arrival?
Written by Lisa on January 31, 2009 – 12:05 am -
The difference is one site gets lots of targeted free search engine traffic while the other site is on page 99 of Google at best.
That’s right—traffic and lots of it. Many people believe that content is king, but that’s like putting the cart before the horse. What good is the world’s greatest content if nobody ever finds it? But all traffic is not created equal. You could run up your credit card balance with pay-per-click traffic hoping for a decent return.
And if you are lucky enough to find a profitable niche, it is only a matter of time before someone else will move in, shrinking your profit margin to nothing.
Or you could write tons of articles and submit them to the hundreds of article sites and hope the end user feels like giving you credit for the article you wrote.
I don’t know about you but I have no desire to relive 12th grade English.
Or you could wait for the traffic ferry to come by and sprinkle some search engine love dust on your site.
I heard he is booked up, so good luck getting him to visit.
Or you could become a hermit and spend months learning everything about search engine optimization. Let’s face it, you have enough to do already without adding something else into your schedule.
Now there is a much easer way to get all the free traffic you could ever want, but it requires something…watching videos!
Charles Kirkland has done the hard part for you. Now you can learn from his success and failures with his new four-step process to get top search engine rankings. Charles takes the mystery out of getting top search engines listings in Google, Yahoo and MSN.
Now I know you have heard this a million times before.
I know I have.
Most of the time it is followed by some fuzzy screen shot for a top listing for some five-word keyword that nobody in their right mind would ever use.
Getting a top spot for the keyword “Anchorage, Alaska dog walking service” isn’t going to be hard.
That is what I expected when I first heard about Charles and this SEO Codebreaker system he developed.
Was I wrong?
Watch the video on his home page and you can be the judge.
He has multiple first page listings on Google, Yahoo, and MSN for a number of different sites, including some with very competitive keywords.
He is not only dominates niches, he is kicking butt in whole categories.
What makes this so amazing is that he has broken down the steps into a simple four-step process.
Watch the online videos of how it’s done online right now.
Just click on the link below to check it out yourself.

Thanks Lisa
P.S. Remember, getting top search engine rankings is like having the ability to give yourself an instant pay raise when you need it.

How do I start Branding Myself?
Written by Lisa on January 9, 2009 – 1:36 pm -How do I brand myself?
Thinking back to my beginning of online marketing, I thought I was clever
thinking up a new name for every community so no one would know who I was.
Now me telling you this story is my point, “no one knew who I was”.
I learnt quickly this was wasted effort, one name, one brand was essential and
boy did i waste some time.
Now I am not doing bragging rights here, I am merely pointing out the name
kiwigal is getting known, better than my real name in fact. Only those close
call me Lisa.
When you think of Cheese Burger you think of Burger King or Mc Donalds
for this reason. What they have essentially done is created a genuine brand
something they are recognized with and known for.
We even affectionately have pet names now for them.
My point is simply they have created a Brand, I never would expect your online
brand to be as quite as big but you will find this to your advantage.
With the internet, its only natural to check on the aliases and see the content.
I find I do it on myself to make sure I have made no errors, but this is also
done when I want to investigate someone. Anyone can do this. I know before I
join any program or anything for that matter, I search the brand and the names
associated with this product, most of the time I am looking for dirt. Often I just
want to hear what others say about it or I ask my old faithful group that has
been in the internet longer than I and have seen more than me.
Essentially we have to stick to one name, we can sculpt it around our website name
or just use our real name, I was lucky enough that I only share it with one other person
online at this stage so my information stands out, but if you have a regular name I would
suggest getting some type of name or brand name you can use. Use it in Forums and
profiles where you go as this can strengthen your brand in what we call our market place.
This can also strengthen your credibility online and your backlinking so its serves many
purposes.
Another reason for this if you do not use your name, you can on sell this brand and have a viable
business asset. So if in the future you look to retire in Internet Marketing you may just sell it
depending on how valuable it is. Of course making a descent income online is something everyone
wants.
With Branding this involves Banner Creations, Logos, Signatures, Links so they all play
a part as you add the link and have it pointing back to you its strengthening your credibility.
If its Internet Marketing (affiliate or MLM) you need to take this advice to heart.

Pumping Up Your Targeted Web Site Visitors By Link Exchanging
Written by kiwigal on January 2, 2009 – 3:27 pm -Link exchanging isn’t just about getting your website listed in directories no-one looks at and search engines ultimately ignore. Arranging decent and honest links can not only increase your visitors but also your search engine ranking. But what is this all about? And if you want to know more about a href=http://www.janric.co.uk/ target=_blankdiscovering affordable website promotion/a, just follow the link!br /
br /
Link exchanging is as simple as you saying to another website owner, “I’ll put a link to your site on mine, if you do the same back for me.” One of the easiest ways of maintaining these links, whilst allowing other people to initiate such links without a lot of manual work on your behalf, is to use a links directory tool. With these a lot of the processes are automated, or at least made easier. It’s a contact point for people wanting to exchange links with you. They can find out how and where to link to your website ; they publish this on their site; they enter the links details into your list and the tool will check that their link is in place and adds their link to your site.br /
br /
It all sounds very easy! But how do you start off? Where do you find those first sites to exchange with?br /
br /
Firstly, there are 2 types of exchanges you are looking for. There are those that are for the original purpose – because you can exchange visitors – and those just for link building sake – because every link ultimately helps to increase your search engine positioning. In theory, at least.br /
br /
Finding link exchanges for genuine traffic is basically about finding similarly themed websites and getting them to put a link in a suitable page. You want to find websites that share a theme so that their visitors will be interested in visiting your site when they see the link.br /
br /
But many web sites these days don’t show links in prominent position – instead hiding links away in ‘resource directories’ and the such like. No problem, but these exchanges are mainly for improving your search engine position.br /
br /
With these you want to quickly find other websites that will exchange links with you. Search for terms such as ‘exchange link’, ‘add site’ and other suggestive phrases along with a word associated with your website, e.g. mortgages, insurance etc.br /
br /
Once you find these web sites, look up what their link requirements are and then add this to your web site. Then use their form to tell them where your link is and keep an eye out for the email saying that they have exchanged links.br /
br /
It can take a while to find such web sites and quite often the links aren’t that great, but they are a starting point. Once you get used to the idea you can then start choosing web sites based on page rank etc. And once you have a reasonable links directory in place, a lot of people will be coming to you for links, meaning you don’t have to do the hard work! And if you are looking for more tips to a href=http://www.janric.co.uk/ target=_blankget traffic to my website/a, then dont forget to check out the blog for more tips!br /
